Return and Refund Policy

At Wheels & Wingspan, each piece is made to order, just for you. Because we use print-on-demand production, we don’t operate like a big-box warehouse—but we do stand behind the quality of what we ship.

What’s eligible for a return

We accept returns or replacements if:

  • Your item arrives defective or damaged
  • You receive the wrong item, size, or design
  • There’s a clear printing or manufacturing issue

In these cases, we’ll repair, replace, or refund your order according to your preference wherever possible.

What isn’t eligible

Because our products are printed specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Normal wear and tear

If you’re ever unsure about sizing, contact us before ordering and we’ll help you choose the best fit.

Return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to report an issue and request a return, replacement, or refund.

How to request a return or replacement

Email us at admin@wheelsandwingspan.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue (if applicable)
  • A brief description of what went wrong

We’ll review your request and respond with next steps.

If a return is approved, we’ll share instructions and any applicable return label details.

Refund timing

Once your return or replacement is approved:

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
  • Processing time depends on your bank or card provider, but most refunds appear within 5–10 business days.
