Made to order

Every item from Wheels & Wingspan is made to order. This helps us avoid overproduction and keeps each piece a little more special.

Processing time

  • Production typically takes [2-5 business days] before shipment.
  • During peak seasons or promotions, this may take slightly longer.

Shipping times

Estimated shipping times after your order is produced:

  • United States: [3-8 business days]
  • International: [8-20 business days]

These are estimates and not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, and local conditions may affect delivery times.

Shipping costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen shipping method.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package from our door to yours.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order seems lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  1. Email us at admin@wheelsandwingspan.com.
  2. Include your order number and any photos if there’s visible damage.
  3. We’ll work with you and the carrier to repair, replace, or refund where appropriate.

All products are print-on-demand and fulfilled by our trusted partner Printful. 

Processing Time:

International orders: 8–20 business days (depending on destination) 

Tracking:
